METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Half bag of the mix in a bowl or dough machine.
- Add 2 liters of semi-skimmed milk.
- Add 1 liter of water, 3 eggs and 100g of melted margarine.
- Mix everything together into a firm paste.
- Add the rest of the bag little by little.
- Knead vigorously and add johnnycake mix until the bag is empty.
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Make balls (about 60).
- Fill pan with oil, roll out balls.
and bake until golden brown.
